OnLine Brides belongs to ORIGIN LLC company which is registered in the Russian Federation in accordance with established procedure and has all necessary licenses for its activities.

Information Collection and Use

ORIGIN LLC is the owner of OnLine Brides website where the information is placed by the users and by the partner companies; the latter are made official contracts with, and they are legally responsible for the services they offer. ORIGIN LLC doesn't sell, share or exchange information from it's websites to other users and companies. The data are placed on the site by filling in the registration form on the websites. The membership in OnLine Brides is free of charge; charge is taken only for the rendered services - Russian/English translation of the letters, time spent in Live Live Video Chat, the cost of gifts and their delivery, travel services etc.

OnLine Brides provides to the ladies from Russia and countries of the former USSR services helping them in the search of a foreigner who is marriage-oriented.

OnLine Brides doesn't render services of escort, prostitution or other illegal activities.

Registration

To have the full access to the OnLine Brides services, the clients must fill in the registration form completely. While registering, all clients must provide their personal and contact information, including name, age, sex, city of residence, zip code, e-mail address, as well as information about their preferences in partner. After registration ID and password will be sent to the client by e-mail.

It is not recommended to use free mail services like Mail.ru, Yandex.ru, Yahoo.com and the like, as they don't guarantee the delivery of e-mails from OnLine Brides to your mailbox.

Membership

After having registered on OnLine Brides website, the member becomes Free Trial user and can use the services and site's possibilities with limitations. At any moment the member can upgrade Free Trial level to Premium-Account and use all services without limitations, including paid services.

To use the paid services, the member's account must have enough credits that can be bought with a package. Premium-Account already contains the package of credits.

For Premium Plans and packages of credits there are discounts up to 50%!

The women users don't pay for anything. For them this service is absolutely Free!

Payments and Refunds

ORIGIN LLC is not a billing Company and has no access to the numbers of users' credit cards. All payments are taken by a billing companies MoneyBookers (Welken House, 10-11 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EH, United Kingdom) and ASSIST (3 Litejny, 191028, St. Petersburg, RUSSIA) that informs OnLine Brides only about the result of authorization and sum of payment.

OnLine Brides accepts payment by cards VISA, Master/Euro, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Wire Transfer.

Each user will receive the e-mail from OnLine Brides each time he has a new letter in his mailbox and from our billing company each time he replenishes account.

OnLine Brides refunds the cost of services to the member's account if the rendered service was of poor quality or if there was no service rendered at all but the member was charged for it, or if money was withdrawn from the member's account due to the technical breakdown.

Money refund to the credit card is made after the preliminary negotiations with OnLine Brides and producing evidence of wrongful withdrawal.

The balance of account is not returned to the client as it is impossible.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data (a small text file) stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. The session ID cookie simply terminates once the user closes its browser. A persistent cookie is stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. We use the services of the outside shipping company to ship orders and a credit card processing company MoneyBookers to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.

These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information for any other purpose except for providing these services.

Messages and Live Live Video Chat

When communicating via OnLine Brides mail service, all letters are translated from/into English/Russian/Ukrainian by professional interpreters. In case any claims to the translation arise, the addressee of the letter may be given the original text of the letter. Up to 2 photos may be attached to the letter.

The communication in Live Video Chat is online, and both sides can see each other and write to each other in English. If a lady doesn't know English, she will resort to the help of an interpreter. Men members can participate in Live Video Chat without a webcam. Since according to the rules of our club a woman can participate in Live Video Chat only with a webcam, in this case the one-sided video stream will come from her side.

When communicating through the services of OnLine Brides, the members of OnLine Brides are forbidden to exchange any contact information (postal address, telephone number or e-mail address)

The members of OnLine Brides are also forbidden to make abusive or offensive remarks and statements addressed to other members of the club, or to express racial, national, religious intolerance in verbal or any other way.

It is also forbidden to post on the website or to send to other members materials of the XXX, erotic, porno contents, as well as terroristic, nationalistic or aggression-provoking materials.

Security

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit personal information via the website, it is protected both online and off-line.

When our users are asked to enter personal information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL protocol. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open during free surfing the websites.

While we use SSL encryption to protect personal information online, we also protect users' information off-line. All of our users' information, including personal information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Special Offers

We send all new members a welcoming e-mail message to verify their password and ID number. Registered members will occasionally receive a news letter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present them the option to refuse from receiving this communication. Please, see our choice and opt-out below.

Site and Service Updates

We also send the users our site's and services' announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements that contain important information about our service. We communicate with the users to provide requested services and in regards to issues concerning their account via e-mail or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If the user's personally identifiable information changes (such as their zip code), or if the user no longer wants to use the service, it can be corrected, updated or deactivated. This can usually be done in the client's Member Area by editing his profile and submitting his request. All data are then updated in our system.

In order to cancel OnLine Brides membership, the members need to fill out the Cancel OnLine Brides form from the Profile page. Once a cancellation is processed all information is deleted from the database.

Members can apply to the support with all their questions.

Choice/Opt-out

Our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site during registration. If they wish not to receive our newsletter they can opt-out by unsubscribing during registration, by following the instructions contained in the email, by simply cancelling their OnLine Brides or going to support.

Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside party. We do this in order to enable our users to make the informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require the outside party, or not.
